Scott Malouff

Born in Haun AFB in Germany and raised in San Antonio, Texas, Scott Malouff has used his background and experience in the entertainment and hospitality industries to become a powerhouse in the San Antonio real estate community.

These years of entrepreneurial leadership and problem solving positioned Scott to enter the real estate business with a wealth of practical knowledge and information. In just two short years his team has grown from 3 members to 13 producing agents. At the 2017 annual Keller Williams Award Ceremony, Scott received the Michelle Stewart Eagle Award. This is considered the most prestigious award given to a person who understands Keller Williams mission, vision and values. It is given to an individual that earns on the merit of serving others before themselves. This award is bestowed on a leader for their strong character, integrity, and trust they give others. The recipient is the essence of Servant Leadership. In addition, he received the Horizon Award, the #1 Listing Team for 2017, having listed 150 properties and his team is on track to do 300 properties this year, their third year in the business.

Scott continues to be a leader among leaders in the real estate industry, serving on the highly coveted Associate Leadership Council, SABOR's Young Professionals Network, assisting other agents and their development, and giving back to the community simultaneously.

"This recommendation for Scott Malouff is long overdue. A couple of months ago my wife and I interviewed several realtors in San Antonio, TX when we made the decision to sale our home. After interviewing several of them, my wife and I were tired of the process and we almost made a hasty decision to hire a two person realty team. We almost canceled the last meeting of the day with Scott but decided to go ahead and meet with him and we are glad we did. When Scott came in he told us exactly what he does and how he gets it done. Social media is the wave of the future and it works wonders to get the word out about anything. Scott told us that social media would play a pivotal role in getting the word out about the sale of our home. He also scheduled agents to do several open houses, posted the listing on as many sites as possible, printed flyers and passed them out, and we had several showings take place as well. I gave Scott approximately 60 days to get the house sold. He was phenomenal in selling our home in such a short amount of time. I told him that I wanted the home sold and not us still trying to sell the home at the end of that 60 day period. Scott assured me that he would get it done. There were times when it seemed like it may not happen but Scott did exactly what he said he would do. He sold the home within that short period of time. We only had the home for 3 years therefore we did not really have any equity in the home. We sold the home for an amount equivalent to what homes that size where being sold for in that area. We wanted enough left over from the sale of the home to be able to move with and Scott made sure that happened. We could not ask for anything more. If you want someone who is going to do exactly what they say they are going to do whether it be selling or even purchasing a home, Scott Malouff is definitely someone you can put your trust in.
